Meet The Team!

Hi! I'm the manager and founder of RCC. Alongside over 11 years of hands-on experience, I also hold an Open Bachelor’s Honours Degree, where my studies focused on child psychology and counselling. I hold a Level 3 NVQ qualification in childcare, a full paediatric first aid certificate, and keep all other training - both voluntary and essential - up to date at all times. I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Club, and have experience supporting children with SEN, as well as supporting families with processes such as attaining an EHCP. Most of all, I LOVE what I do, and I am so proud of what we are building.

Hello! I am currently undertaking some in-house training to take over as administrative manager of RCC. I have many years of experience working as an administrative officer in a college, and also served as a first aider here. I have helped Leah and the team throughout the years at many summer fetes, parties, and outings to the local zoos and farms. I have been a working mum for 28 years.  I will be undertaking DSL training alongside Leah and Melissa to eventually become the company Designated Safeguarding Lead as they continue to grow. I am looking forward to this new venture with an amazing team!

Hey! I have a Level 3 Child-Care qualification, I have worked with children for over 13 years now. I have a first aid qualification, and DSL qualification as well as fire marshall training. I am fully DBS checked. I have experience being Deputy Manager of a preschool and have also worked with younger children in nurseries and baby rooms. I have worked at the Holiday Club since the beginning and have built up strong bonds with all of the children and families in that time. 

Hi! I have a Level 3 Childcare qualification, first aid qualified and DBS checked. I have worked with children for 18 years now!! In that time I have been a Deputy Manager at a preschool, worked at Kid's Club, and looked after several children independently as a nanny. 

Hey! I'm Level 3 qualified in child development in Early Years, Level 3 SENCo, DSL, paediatric first aid and enhanced DBS checked. I used to be a children's face painter, and provide this service at Kid's Club for special occasions too! I also have experience being Manager of a pre-school.
